The goal is to make those patterns visible, understandable, and actionable. First for ourselves and our community. Then for every person who encounters the work.
Eventually, that intelligence becomes Sophie.

The IRH is the intellectual and clinical spine of everything Monarch, Sophie, and the books are built upon. A clinical hypothesis under active research and white paper development, moving toward NIH publication and potential grant funding.

The IRH posits that patterns of physiological regulation · how the nervous system responds to stress, how the endocrine system maintains hormone balance, how the gut and microbiome process the environment · are substantially inherited and accumulated across development, shaped by family system, early environment, injury, and lived experience. These inherited regulatory patterns, when left unaddressed, become the upstream conditions that manifest as the chronic, diffuse, difficult-to-diagnose presentations that define what we call "the epidemic of fine": people who are not sick, but who are not well · who are tired, inflamed, dysregulated, disconnected, and unable to identify why.
