Growing up in Southern California and living in Hawaii, she developed a keen awareness of the effects of sun exposure on skin health. After experiencing firsthand the transformative power of professional treatments and proper skincare, her passion for helping others improve their skin concerns was ignited.
As the industry continues to evolve, Patsy remains committed to ongoing education, exploring new and exciting modalities to enhance her expertise. She takes great joy in guiding clients on their skincare journeys and achieving meaningful results. Patsy has received advanced training from the Facial Fitness Institute and is proficient in a variety of innovative treatments, including PEVONIA skin and spa therapies, Circadia treatments, and advanced techniques such as the XTETIC Cosmelan depigmentation treatment and Plasma Fibroblast skin tightening. Amelia HowardLicensed Massage TherapistAmelia is a full-time licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Boulder Institute of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. Her journey in bodywork and alternative healing began at the age of fifteen with studies in reflexology and herbalism. Over the years, Amelia has dedicated herself to deepening her understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the mind-body connection.
As a “forever student,” she continually enhances her skills through ongoing education. Amelia specializes in lymphatic drainage massage, facial sculpting massage, and stress reduction. Olivia RocheLicensed Acupuncturist & Cupping SpecialistOlivia Roche is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in pain management, sports medicine, and integrative health. With a background in kinesiology and nutrition, and hands-on experience as an Athletic Training student at the University of Utah, she also interned with Major League Soccer’s Real Salt Lake, where she deepened her understanding of athletic performance and recovery.
Olivia completed a four-year master’s program in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is pursuing her doctorate in acupuncture, expected in 2025. She incorporates electro-acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, Asian bodywork, and cupping into her treatments, blending sports science with traditional Chinese medicine to support recovery, performance, and overall well-being. |

Dr. Tara ShelbyNaturopathic Doctor - Founder of Village MedicineTara Shelby ND, LM is the founder and CEO of Village Medicine in Seattle, WA. She has a BA in Human Biology Health & Society from Cornell University, a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, Graduate Certificate in Spirituality Health & Medicine and is a Licensed Midwife from Bastyr University. She is an advanced practitioner through the Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington, DC and was previously an Intervention Specialist & Research Study Coordinator at the University of Washington’s, Center for AIDS research.
Tara’s journey into medicine began as a very sick young patient who intuitively believed that there was something beyond what she was experiencing with her physicians, medications, and surgeries. After surviving what could have been viewed as a devastating diagnosis, something awakened within her. What was considered “chronic illness” suddenly became what gave her life deep purpose and meaning. It was the healing power of illness! Over four years, she immersed herself in the city's dynamic fashion scene, working at a Fashion PR company while also serving as a casting agent for New York
Fashion Week. After gaining valuable industry experience, she felt fulfilled in her fashion career and decided to seek a life more rooted in community and nature.
After leaving New York City, she earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) certification, deepening her commitment to holistic practices.
Now based inAsheville, NC, Lindsay has seamlessly integrated her background in fashion and wellness. She works remotely as Monarch's Content Director,
applying her keen eye for style and storytelling, while also currently in school studying to become an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner.
